BASIC FLOUR MIX
1/2 cup white bean flour, 1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour, 1/2 cup sourghum flour, 1 1/2 cups arrowroot powder or cornstarch, 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour Mix ingredients & store in an air-tight container.
BASIC BREAD RECIPE
4 cups basic flour mix, 3 tsp xanthum gum, 1/3 cup Sucanat or brown sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 Tblsp baking powder, 2 tsp egg replacer, 3/4 tsp sea salt Mix these dry ingredients well then add the wet ingredients: 3 eggs plus 2 egg whites, 6 Tblsp butter (melted), 2 Tblsp honey, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 1/2 cups buttermilk, 1/2 cup water. Mix well for 1 minute. Pour into loaf pans or muffin tins. Bake @ 350 for 45-60 minutes.
LEMON POPPY SEED Add 2 tsp poppy seed & substitute honey with lemon juice
NUT RAISIN Add 1 tsp orange peel & stir in 4 Tblsp each walnuts & raisins
CINNAMON RAISIN Add 2 tsp cinnamon and 4 Tblsp raisins
SESAME SEED Add 2 tsp sesame seeds & substitute honey with molasses
